Where are the St. George Corporate Housing condos located?
All the corporate housing condos are located in the Green Valley area of St. George just 4 miles west of downtown St. George. Driving directions are sent via email when a reservation is made. The physical address of the complexes are:

Am I able to visit the condo in person prior to booking?
The condos are booked frequently as vacation rentals so tours of the condos are very difficult. Once you do make a valid reservation online, if open, we are able to get you into the condo to view. If for some reason you don’t like the condo, we will cancel the transaction at no cost to you. All the condos do have very accurate pictures and virtual tours. Once you book online by selecting a condo type and entering your credit card, at your request we can send you a link to pictures and virtual tours of the actual condo we are placing you in or send you details to all the possible condos available for the condo type you selected.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations and changes are accepted without charge up to 15 days prior to the arrival date. Within 15 days, no cancellations are accepted. If you do need to cancel, please email us by replying to your confirmation sent at time of booking. We will reply with an email, this will serve as proof of your cancellation. Once the reservation has been started and you meet the minimum stay requirement, you may cancel any remaining days at no charge. Please reply to your email confirmation to cancel any remaining days.
Is there a deposit and how do I pay?
A deposit check is not required. A valid credit card is the only item required for booking. The credit card will be charged 15 days before the arrival date for the reminder of days in the month of arrival. The credit card will then automatically be charged on the 15th of each month for the following full month. If the credit card is not valid and no correction is made 15 days before arrival, the reservation is subject to cancellation. The credit card serves as a deposit and will be charged for missing items, damage to the unit, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.
Can I start on any date or do I have to start right at the 1st of the month?
Yes, you can start at any date not just the first of the month.
If I need more than 30 nights, how am I charged?
You can book any amount of nights just as long as it meets the minimum stay requirements found on the ‘Book Now’ page. You are charged a daily rate. For example, a condo that is booked for 32 nights at $44/night is charged $1,408.
I’m unsure how long I will need the rental, what would you suggest?
We would suggest booking the condo for the longest time you think you may need the condo. You can always cancel any nights you won’t need with just 15 days notice (as long as the minimum stay is met). This will guarantee that the condo will be available for your entire estimated time.
Why are there some months that require more than 30 nights?
March and April are very busy months so we are unable to offer our deeply discounted monthly rates unless the stay is 5 months or longer. January, February, and October are also busy and require a 3 month minimum stay.
What are the arrival and departure times? Can I arrive early or depart late?
The arrival time is after 4pm and the departure time is before 11am. You may email a request to arrive at 1pm or depart at 2pm. The fee is between $20 and $40 (depending on the condo size) for each arrival or departure change. Most requests are granted if made at least 24 hours in advance. You may also simply book another night if you to arrive very early or depart very late. If a request has not been made and you depart late, you may be charged for an additional night.
How do I check-in to the condo?
All condo are secured by a keyless combination lock. The code and instructions are received via email when you book the condo. There is no front-desk or on-site office. For on-site help, call (435) 275-4419.
Do we have access to all facilities at the Resort?
As a guest of St. George Corporate Housing you have unlimited access to the respective complex’s amenities. Las Palmas has 2 pools with hot tubs, and 3 playgrounds. Sports Village has 2 pools, a hot tub, tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and game room.
Do you have rentals for under 30 nights?
We do have vacation rentals. Please see the St. George Vacation Rentals page for more information.
Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in the complex. We would suggest doing an internet search for Sports Village Condos. Some owners there do allow pets.
What are the additional charges besides the room rate?
The rates quoted include all charges including utilities, cable, wifi internet, taxes, and access to resort amenities.
Are towels and linens provided? Is there daily maid service?
Yes – towels and linens are provided. Most of our guests prefer not to have daily maid service as each condo has a washer & dryer. Towels and linens can be refreshed daily or at your request for a fee of $40 – $60/day. A complete cleaning service is available on request for $50 – $100. Please email a request for these services.
Is high-speed internet access available?
All condos now have free wireless high-speed internet access. When you book, the passcode will be sent to you. Your computer must have the capability to receive the wireless signal. Please contact support for your computer if you are unsure of its capabilities.
Does the condo include phone use?
No phone service is included with the condo.
Is an elevator available?
All Las Palmas condos on the second or third floor do have access to an elevator. Sports Village does not have elevators.
Are garages available? Can I park a boat or RV at the complex?
There is plenty of parking at the complex. Garages are available but may or may not be in the same building as your rental. Garages can be rented for $35/month. Please email a request for use of a garage. Unfortunately there is no RV or boat parking at the complex.
Can I use the condo’s mailbox?
The condos are not set up to receive mail. The mailbox can be set up for you at the post office. You will need to show them you confirmation for proof of residency. For parcels delivery (FedEx, UPS) the mailing address will be the physical address of the complex (see above) followed by the condo number.
I made a reservation and have not received an email confirmation. What should I do?
Please send an email with the name in which the reservation was made and your phone number. If your check-in date is within one day or you will not have access to your email within one day, please call (435) 275-4419.
Am I guaranteed to stay in the condo I reserved?
Condo changes are infrequent but on occasion, a change is necessary. If a change is required, we will do everything within our control to find an equivalent or better condo at the same or better price.
