We guarantee any of the below condos types are available during any dates with the exception to February through April, and October.

A 5 month minimum stay is required for any rental in the months of March or April.

Once the confirmation is received, an official rental is made. Please see our rental policies for additional questions. I understand that the email confirmation is my evidence that I have made an official rental reservation. The email confirmation must be printed and used to find and access the condo booked. Most confirmations are received within 2 hours, if you haven’t received your confirmation within 12 hours, please call (435) 275-4419.
